The Noe family put out this entry-level bourbon as a testament to their craft and legacy. Aged for nine years in American oak, this bourbon is a vanilla and caramel bomb with a short and hot finish. It is 50 per cent alcohol by volume (ABV), so pop in a couple ice cubes to help it open up and take the edge off.
