Vancouver’s next best artist might just be waiting to be discovered on the walls of the Lost and Found Cafe in Gastown this month. That’s where the Vancouver Outsiders Arts Festival is presenting an exhibition of new paintings, illustrations and other visual works from underground and undiscovered talents, many of whom have never shown their work publicly before.
