Next Stage Theatre Festival
Wed., Oct 18 – Sun., Oct. 29

This smaller, curated fest from the folks behind the Toronto Fringe used to happen in January; from now on, it’ll be an October moment. This year, there’ll be six shows, all performed at Buddies in Bad Times Theatre. The offerings range from a puppetry-infused solo show (Something in the Water), to sketch comedy about grief (Dead Parents Society), to a modern retelling of the myth of Echo and Narcissus (ECHO).
